Went in to get my second ear piercing and my niece got her first. Mine went super smooth and quick but my niece had the BIGGEST melt down and freaked out. The woman who did our piercings, (Mitch), was so incredibly patient and nice as we tried to calm my niece down. She gave her a stuffed animal, fruit snacks, and even brought out her tablet and turned on a movie to distract her! Took what felt like an hour to finally get her ears pierced, but she LOVES them!! Thanks so much mitch!

Twisted Dimensions is wonderful. Even more wonderful is the staff. I have gotten several tattoos from the Lake Delton location and each time I just walk away happier. Victoria has done several of my tattoos and works with me on several levels and is tremendously patient with what I am looking for. Most recently I worked with Brooke who is precise, gentle, and has one of the softest sweaters man has created. They also have a new artist Nick who does a fantastic job with color and cares about you having the best experience. Hyde, the manager, is personable and grateful for each guest that walks in. It doesn't matter who you get here or what you go in for. They are all terrific and the atmosphere is very relaxed.
